Days 16–60 — Build, integrate, train

Data pipelines, model training, integration into your work-order system, dashboard for the reliability engineer. Weekly milestone reviews. We work alongside your team, not in a back room.

Days 61–90 — Run live, measure, decide

The use case runs against real operations for at least 30 days. We measure against the baseline. Finance verifies. You receive a costed enterprise scale-out plan with options — not a sales pitch.

What does 'fixed fee' actually cover, and what is excluded?
Fixed fee covers discovery, baseline, data integration, model build, work-order integration, dashboard, the 30-day live run, Finance verification, and the scale-out roadmap. Excluded: net-new cloud infrastructure you choose to provision, third-party sensor hardware, and your team's time. Everything else is in scope and quoted upfront.
What happens on day 91 if the ROI doesn't land?
You keep everything we built — code, models, pipelines, documentation, runbooks. There is no obligation to scale. We would rather you walk away with a clean asset than feel pressured into an enterprise commitment that won't deliver.
Who from our side needs to be involved, and for how much time?
Typically one reliability or process engineer (~30% time), an IT/data contact (~10% time) for access and integration, a Finance partner (~2 days total) for baseline and verification, and an executive sponsor (~1 hour every two weeks). Less than most internal projects of comparable scope.
Can the Launchpad outcome run on our existing infrastructure, or do we need new tools?
It runs on what you have — SAP, Maximo, PI, SCADA, your existing data lake, your cloud of choice. The Launchpad is product-agnostic; if it succeeds and you scale, the natural next step is one of Asset Vision, PredictIQ, OpsMath, or TwinCore, but you are not locked in.
How do you handle data security and IP during a 90-day engagement?
An MNDA and data-handling agreement are signed before any access. Work happens in your tenant or in an isolated environment you control. No customer data leaves your perimeter. You own all IP created during the engagement, full stop.
